Ningyuan Fastener
High-performance mechanical expansion anchors, heavy-duty fixing systems, and specialty fasteners optimized for Algerian municipal and commercial structural assemblies.
Algeria is currently undergoing a massive structural transformation, driven by ambitious state programs such as the AADL 3 housing scheme, urban expansion plans across Algiers, Oran, and Constantine, and major logistics corridor developments. These complex structural projects require high-performance anchoring solutions that guarantee safety, structural integrity, and durability over decades of use.
In structural engineering, expansion screws are not merely components; they are critical load-bearing systems that transmit tension and shear forces directly into concrete, masonry, and steel substrates. In northern coastal areas of Algeria, structures are exposed to elevated relative humidity and marine salinity. In the southern regions, high thermal amplitudes and desert sand abrasion necessitate anchors with superior structural performance and top-tier hot-dip galvanized or stainless finishes to prevent premature degradation.
From Yongnian (China's Fastener Capital) to Algerian Sea Ports: A solid heritage of quality control, customized engineering, and massive output capacity.
Our production systems fully align with weapons and equipment regulations, ISO9001 Quality Management standards, RoHS EU directives, GB/T30512 automotive standards, and 2000/53/EC ELV verification. Each batch undergoes strict tensile, pull-out, and shear loading tests before dispatch.
We specialize in structural solutions spanning photovoltaic mounting arrays, building electromechanical seismic systems, integrated pipe corridor supports, high-strength structural steel connections, self-drilling fasteners, and dry-wall drywall anchoring panels.
Operating out of our 20,000 m² state-of-the-art facility with 50+ cold-heading and threading machines, we manufacture up to 60 million fastener sets annually. We offer complete OEM/ODM customization based on specific drawings for large-scale Algerian projects.
For expansion screws deployed in heavy structural environments, matching chemical composition to local environments is vital. Ningyuan uses selected carbon steels (Grades 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9) along with Marine-Grade A2 (SUS304) and A4 (SUS316) stainless steels to suit demanding specifications.
Coastal cities like Algiers and Oran fall under C4/C5 atmospheric corrosivity categories according to ISO 12944, meaning regular electroplated zinc coatings may fail within few years. For such projects, we supply high-thickness Hot-Dip Galvanized (HDG) coating systems (minimum 45–55 μm zinc thickness) and custom Dacromet/Geomet finishes. These coatings protect against chloride-induced pitting corrosion, ensuring the expansion sleeve retains its structural grip inside the concrete borehole.
Providing structural safety and reliable anchorage for key Algerian development sectors.
With Algeria's initiatives in the High Plateaus and Sahara region (such as Ghardaïa, Hassi R'Mel), solar trackers and fixed arrays face strong winds. Our concrete wedge anchors, helical ground anchors, and custom brackets hold structural frames firmly against high uplift forces.
Northern Algeria is a seismically active zone (Chlef, Algiers, Boumerdès). Building codes demand seismic-certified structural anchors and braces. We provide seismic support arms, heavy-duty wedge anchors, and corner connectors designed to perform under dynamic lateral loads.
For urban extensions like the Metro Algiers, utility tunnels, and highway bridges, our specialized anchors hold electrical cabling trays, pipeline systems, and ventilation units securely to concrete walls and ceilings.

Mechanical expansion anchors derive their holding power from the frictional forces generated between the expansion sleeve and the inner wall of the drilled concrete borehole. This torque-controlled mechanical principle requires exact compliance during site installation to ensure the anchor functions within its engineered design values.
A common cause of anchor failure on construction sites is incorrect borehole preparation. Using worn drill bits can lead to out-of-tolerance borehole diameters, which prevents the expansion sleeve from expanding fully and sliding properly against the core cone. Drilling depth must exceed the nominal anchor embedment by at least one diameter to allow room for residual concrete dust. If dust is not properly cleared using a blow pump, the anchor may bottom out early, which prevents correct torque application.
Applying exact torque values ensures the expansion sleeve spreads correctly inside the concrete. Under-torquing can lead to joint displacement under loads, while over-torquing may overstress the steel core or damage the concrete structure. Installers should always use calibrated torque wrenches rather than impact guns to make sure installation torque remains within the parameters specified by the manufacturer.
When an expansion anchor is tightened, it creates internal stress fields in the surrounding concrete. Placing anchors too close together or too near concrete edges can cause the stress fields to overlap, risking concrete splitting or breakout. Engineers must design layouts in accordance with local structural rules, keeping minimum spacing distances (s_min) and edge distances (c_min) in mind to ensure the structural base material can carry the design load.
Every fastener is manufactured in accordance with strict QA/QC processes, ensuring complete reliability on site.
