Ningyuan Fastener
Precision-engineered fasteners optimized for heavy load capacities, structural steel assemblies, and sustainable energy infrastructure.
Understanding "Explosive Screws" — concrete wedge expansion anchors designed to deliver massive pull-out resistance in structural applications.
Explosive screws and wedge anchors expand within hard substrates via axial tension. By tightening the hexagonal flange nut, the tapered tail pulls through a precision sleeve, exerting extreme radial pressure against the borehole wall to maximize frictional resistance.
Our heavy-duty expansion mechanisms are designed to endure dynamic loads. In seismic regions, building codes demand structural fasteners that resist progressive cracking and cyclic loading, guaranteeing structural stability under shear stress.
Photovoltaic installations require structural fasteners capable of resisting strong winds. Ningyuan's hot-dip galvanized anchor bolts and C-shaped steel framing systems protect solar farms against wind lift forces in extreme environments.
Formerly known as Jin Langtao — Founded in 2005
Located in Handan Yongnian, the fastener capital of China, Handan Ningyuan Fastener Manufacturing Co., Ltd. has developed over two decades into a leading manufacturer of premium fasteners and photovoltaic components. Since our restructuring in 2016, we have expanded our design capabilities, establishing a modern industrial facility covering 20,000 square meters.
Our research and development team, supported by 6 senior technicians and 15 manufacturing specialists, utilizes over 50 advanced multi-station headers and automated cold-forming machines. With annual sales reaching 70 million RMB, we provide technical fastening solutions for solar structures, electrical systems, and heavy industrial applications worldwide.
Our structural products are used across critical infrastructure projects, providing reliable load-bearing installations.
We supply complete C-shaped, U-shaped, and H-rail structures, along with hot-dip galvanized bolts and pressure clamps. These components form rigid racking assemblies that secure utility-scale solar panels in high-wind regions.
Our mechanical anchor systems secure building utility systems against movement. In the event of ground motion, these supports limit the displacement of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) infrastructure, preventing collateral damage.
Designed for heavy structural anchoring in cracked and uncracked concrete, our wedge expansion bolts deliver consistent holding power for steel columns, machinery foundations, and structural framing.
Our manufacturing processes are verified to international engineering specifications, ensuring dependable field performance.
Our production line operates under verified quality management, conforming to ISO 9001, RoHS directives, and GB/T30512 standards for automotive-grade and structural component safety.
Our hot-dip galvanization and advanced zinc-alloy coatings are tested for chemical and environmental resistance under ISO 1461, ensuring lasting performance in C4/C5 marine environments.
We are integrating automated optical sorting systems and sensor-enabled manufacturing to monitor dimensions in real time, minimizing tolerance variation for high-precision projects.

Technical solutions and procurement answers regarding wedge expansion anchors, solar mounts, and structural fasteners.
Concrete wedge anchors (often translationally referred to as explosive screws) are torque-controlled expansion anchors. When installed in a drilled hole, the nut is tightened to pull the tapered mandrel up through the expansion clip. This expands the clip outward against the concrete, creating a friction-lock. Displacement-controlled anchors (like drop-in anchors) require a setting tool to expand the sleeve before the bolt is threaded, whereas wedge anchors are set by applying installation torque.
Hot-Dip Galvanization applies a thick layer of zinc-iron alloys to carbon steel, providing both barrier protection and galvanic protection. In outdoor settings like solar arrays, the steel structure is exposed to rain, UV rays, and airborne salts. HDG coatings (conforming to ISO 1461) can withstand these conditions without corroding, ensuring the mounting hardware remains secure over a 25-year lifespan.
Seismic supports stabilize HVAC, piping, and electrical systems during an earthquake. Standard vertical hangers only support gravity loads; seismic supports introduce diagonal bracing (using C-channel rails, cable braces, and seismic wedge anchors) to resist horizontal loads, protecting critical equipment and keeping utilities functional during seismic events.
We implement strict quality control systems. Our plant uses automated multi-station cold heading and thread rolling equipment. We carry out regular inspection protocols using optical sorters and hardness testing machines to check tensile strength and thread tolerances. Our processes are certified to ISO 9001 and RoHS standards.
Depending on application requirements, we manufacture fasteners using carbon steels like Q235B, Q355B, 35ACR, 40Cr, and boron steel for higher strength classes (Grade 4.8, 8.8, 10.9, and 12.9). For highly corrosive environments, we supply stainless steels like SUS 304 and SUS 316.
To prevent concrete breakout failure, installers must adhere to standard spacing and edge distance criteria. Generally, mechanical wedge anchors should be installed at a distance from the edge of at least 5 times the anchor diameter, with a spacing between anchors of at least 10 times the anchor diameter. These specifications can vary depending on concrete compressive strength and expected loads.
